How long does setup actually take?

Under five minutes for a working account. You sign up, add a customer or two, book a session. Reminders are on by default; pay-link options take another minute if you have a Venmo or Zelle handle.

Do my customers need to download anything?

No. They just receive emails — confirmations and reminders — that look like emails. They can add the calendar invite to their phone in one tap. They never need an account or a download.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, anytime, with one click from your account billing page. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't ask why.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays in your account for 90 days after cancellation, in case you change your mind. You can also export a copy at any time from Settings. We never sell your or your customers' data — full stop.

What payment methods do you accept from MY customers?

For now, we don't process payments — we generate Venmo and Zelle deep links you can text or email to your customers. They pay you directly; nothing flows through us. Direct card processing through your account is on the roadmap for later this year.

What about my existing spreadsheet of customers?

You can add them manually as you go (most people do — it's faster than you'd think) or paste in a CSV. Bulk import lands in the next month or two.

Does this work for businesses with more than one staff member?

Right now, the Solo plan is one-user-per-account. Multi-user accounts are on the roadmap; if you need them today, write to us — we may be able to help.

Can I use it on my phone like an app?

Yes — skeditor is a Progressive Web App. On iPhone, open your account URL in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and tap the menu → Install app. The icon then launches the app full-screen with no browser bar. Step-by-step instructions are here.

Why is it called skeditor?

Schedule editor. Pronounced "ess-kee-ditor". It's a placeholder name we're stuck with now.
