Is skeditor good for personal trainers who travel to clients' homes?
Yes. Each client record stores their address, contact info, and free-text notes. You'll get drive-time alerts between back-to-back sessions at different locations, with a "tight!" warning before you commit to a conflict.
Does it work for online personal training over Zoom?
Yes. For online sessions, set the location field to your Zoom or Google Meet link. The link is included in confirmation and reminder emails so the client can click it from their inbox.
Does it support multiple sessions per week with the same client?
Yes. Set up daily, every-other-day, or weekly recurrences for as many sessions as you want. A 12-week 3x-per-week training block appears instantly. You can edit or cancel any single session without breaking the rest of the series.
Can I track fitness goals or progress per client?
Each client has a free-text notes field where you can record fitness level, goals, last week's PRs, or anything else you want to remember. We're working on a more structured progress tracker; tell us what you'd want.
How do clients pay me?
skeditor generates Venmo and Zelle deep links automatically attached to confirmation and reminder emails. Clients tap the link, the Venmo or Zelle app opens with the amount and your handle pre-filled. Money goes to you directly — nothing flows through skeditor.
Does it include a PAR-Q, liability waiver, or medical screening?
Not yet. Each client has a free-text notes field where you can record fitness level, goals, medications, or other context, but skeditor doesn't currently include a structured PAR-Q questionnaire, e-signed liability waiver, or formal medical-clearance flow. If your insurance or certification requires those, you'll want to keep using your existing intake form alongside skeditor for now. We're working on a structured intake module — tell us if you'd want it.
What about cancellations and weather?
Tap a session, mark it cancelled. The client gets nothing — no awkward "this is cancelled" reminder. To rebook, just pick a new time. To cancel a recurring session for one week only, you can edit just that one without breaking the rest of the series — useful for rain-outs on outdoor training.
Can I use it from the gym or park on my phone?
Yes. skeditor is a Progressive Web App designed phone-first. Add it to your home screen on iPhone or Android and it launches like a native app — no App Store needed.
Is there a limit on how many clients I can have?
No. Add as many clients as you want. The $14/month plan is flat — you don't pay more as your client roster grows.
Why is there only one plan?
Because tiered pricing for solo trainers is a tax on growth. Most fitness business software starts at $30+ and adds per-client or per-feature fees. skeditor stays flat at $14/month, no matter how many clients you have. If you ever grow into a multi-trainer studio, you'll outgrow us — and that's fine, we won't pretend to be something we're not.
What about workout-program building, body metrics, or video form-checks?
We deliberately don't include those. skeditor is focused on the solo trainer's scheduling job: tracking clients, booking recurring sessions, sending reminders, and getting paid. If you need program-building, body composition tracking, or video coaching tools, you'll be better served by a heavier platform like Trainerize — those typically run $30-50/month and take longer to set up. skeditor sets up in 5 minutes and stays out of your way.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month, $14/month, cancel anytime with one click from the billing page. We don't ask why.
What happens to my client data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your account for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind. You can also export a copy at any time from Settings. We never sell your or your clients' data — full stop.
